Stipe accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments from customers worldwide.
PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your returned product must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
If any of these conditions are not met, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will send a replacement product according to your original order or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We will cover shipping of the new product if your return is approved.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipients responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages, and are therefore not eligible for refunds. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
